I feel its reinforces my draft pla- true BPA with the 1st and focus on on QB with the 2nd pick you use, but dont force it.....feels to me(*very early*) there will be around 4 QB still available in 20-40 range... without no HC in-place, near impossible to figure this puzzle out.

That's all I've been saying. We can't pass on a generational talent at DE in Myles Murphy or Will Anderson for Will Levis, who is emerging as the best bet at QB in this draft.

I called it here on this site months ago. Payton Manning agreed and so does this guy. I don't think Will Levis should be top ten. Where does that leave the others?!

They're dropping. Value draft again.

I believe he was drafted as a project to sit behind Baker for a couple years to see if he develops. But with Rhule gone and Baker shitting the bed. The new coaching staff will want their guy

If only Rhule didn't want a new guy and stayed with the NFL MVP he inherited, things might be different for the Panthers

He’s Pickett with a much better arm so where ever that talent level puts him

Agreed that Dane is one of the best in the biz, but can also have differing opinions.

Brugler has McKee as his QB4, Hooker as QB5 and doesn't have AR in his top-50.

I hope this is accurate because then it would reinforce Richardson coming back to school next year where we look pretty promising

    • Redeemed ourselves with a solid middle to end the night....
    • This is spot on, with the first 5 years of a QBs contract being so pivotal, as it should, unless you have Pat Mahomes or the reincarnation of Tom Brady, stats shows once the qb gets paid, the teams Super Bowl chances shrink significantly  what we did to get Bryce was idiotic to say the least, not because of the player(not a Bryce endorsement) but because there’s a long history of proof, making big swings at qb, are usually big misses  find the identify, build around that, and go from there. Unfortunately we don’t have one, and neither the defense nor offense side of the ball are more than good at best
    • Seems like a loaded EDGE class. though I think we don't spend a premium pick there with Scourton/Princely showing production and potential.  Concepcion at 19 is intriguing and seen ARSB comps with his shiftiness, high IQ and YAC ability. He and TMac would be a nasty 1-2 combo at stretching a defense. Brenan Thompson could be that day 2 speedy/slot guy that could boost his draft stock in Mobile.  Sam Hecht could be a later selection for C depending on how we are planning to attack that position in FA and our own previous guys. Shelton from PSU is an interesting developmental tackle that if he can get locked into an NFL strength program and rock up, could be good down the road. Speaking of PSU, Dani Dennis Sutton was a guy last year I was big on and was bummed he headed back to Happy Valley. I think he can be a helluva NFL player, and if he can show improvement in his pass rush moves, I wouldn't be mad at him in a trade-back situation.
