Wilks is awful.  And if he is trying to win games then he is even worse.  How do you not pull Baker for Dirndl when Baker is literally doing nothing positive?

Helluva defensive performance for most of the game but I still believe we need new blood and a new direction. Offensive play calling is ultra conservative and scares no one. I’d be fine retaining Wilks (DC maybe or DB coach) along with Campen and Tabor but we’re only going so far with him at the helm.

He's not awful, but he's not done enough to earn the full time job.

Has an interim coach ever been brought back by the new coach as a coordinator or positional coach? Seems like that'd be rare.
