It’s not him, it’s the OL. When they open holes like that, RB doesn’t matter.

Seattle is 31st against the run according to my son since he was thinking about starting Foreman today. That’s why the goal line calls last series were so frustrating.

Its  still the RB that reads the holes. Hubbard is fast and is a single cut runner. That was helpful on that drive

Anybody who watched Blackshear on the Bills in the preseason know this kid is legit.

We have a 3 headed monster in our backfield, Foreman to take punishment, Hubbard as a mixed punished/slasher, and Blackshear as pure speed.

I live McCaffery, but we would never know we had this if he stayed.

And that's why you run the ball 40 times, when it's working. Seahawks defense is burnt toast. It's not fun to watch when it's not working but man is it beautiful in the 4th quarter when two, 200 lb running backs just blast through the holes.

Can we give Wilks some credit now? The Seahawks have played most of this season like a playoff team and assuming we win this, Wilkes will have a winning record playing three different QB's and a change in position coaches and defensive coordinator.

You know what I would really love to see though, just to get the ball in his hands more? Lining up Shenault in the back field and handing it to him.  Maybe in a split formation?  You can create a lot of the same concepts we're trying to do with the bubbles and orbits and motions with him already back there and create more indecision in the defense because the threat to handoff to him and motion the other back out could then become a threat.

    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
    • OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need.  I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want.  You need that rookie contract right now.  Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season.  Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season.  There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future.   Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future.  I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside.  Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway.  If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later.  Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price.  You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky.  I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA.   Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage.  They could both work in tandem.  Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless.  Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3.  We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
