Steve Smith said it best on WFNZ ‘this team needs depth before the season, and not to find out it doesn’t have it during the season’.

Front office far too smug about the ability of that d backfield …I’ll piss people off and include Chinn in that statement

I’ve noticed when ‘a safety’ makes a mistake, Coach will use  ‘Xavier’ but when it’s Chinn ‘a safety missed his assignment’

that whole group outside of horn, including Jackson are poor

CJ Henderson….no, just no

Ian Thomas run blocks like he weighs 150 pounds.

Sam and Bozeman need to get in sync when the crowd is loud. They're too used to BOA where it's quiet enough to hear a mouse.

Keith Taylor is scary bad. I watch him on most defensive plays worrying he's going to screw up.

Yetur Gross-Matos almost always play waaaaay below his draft position. He never looked explosive in college, and he doesn't look explosive in pros either. Imagine that?

Brian Burns should have been traded to the Rams like I wanted. He did nothing in the Bucs game. Nothing. He's lord of the cheap garbage time sacks. Worthless.

CJ gets hated on more than he deserves. On the play where he got beat deep he had no safety help, and Evans had enough time to slow down, force CJ to slow down, and then hit the afterburners and catch a perfect pass. Poor CJ was in an awful spot and was hung out to dry.

I think Brian Burns gets traded this offseason

    • I think Indiana will win it all but Miami should give them a much better fight than Oregon did.
    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
