It does.  I'm slightly on the optimistic side, not really feeling strongly on either end of the spectrum.

Pissed-------------------------Derp----(around here)-----------------Pleased

As long as you aren't Derp we are good.

As @mrcompletely11said let us get a solid QB for him to develop and we will be good.

He’s an offensive coach (which everyone wanted), and he has already shown that he can successfully produce good offense as a HC, and with different quarterbacks.

This should excite people.

Sorry he isn’t in his 30’s.

He is like two 30 year olds in one body.  It's a BOGO!!

Crap hire. Y’all will feel the same way before mid 2nd season.

Yep. In typical huddle fashion, this will be a feel good thread. With more from Zod to follow about why he was after all the best HC to hire and how we will be in the SB soon.

And a full off-season of delusional fans hyping themselves up and poo on the ‘room and gloomers’ only to be let down once again despite the writing already on the fuging wall for non casual, long time fans. The amazing part is people seems to lose all memory until next hire and it starts all over again lol.

Guess we will have to wait another half decade to have a chance to get to the modern age.

    • Fair, sure.  Still not worthy of the #1 pick and still has major issues.  And you absolutely have to be concerned that for bryce to make a nfl caliber throw the conditions have to be optimal around him.  And those sacks around the 10 minute mark are just brutal to watch.
    • But his arm wasn't destroyed due to his throwing motion, it was from essentially two hits / injuries.  Tackle to prevent a pick 6 due to a lazy Benjamin route in 2016.  That was the start of having to be on a pitch count in practice.  2018 TJ Watt hit after Cam had already adjusted his mechanics and was having his best year statistically speaking, although I remember even that year questioning if he can still sling it deep.
    • Arm elasticity and arm strength are not the same thing.  There are some who have great arm strength but can't deliver off platform throws, sidearm, etc,  due to lack of elasticity.  I am concerned about Bryce's arm strength to deliver the ball when the anticipation throws aren't there and you simply need to fire a ball into a tight window.  Not sure that can ever be part of this game.  He does have good arm elasticity which is what made him special in college, throwing the ball on the move, that should serve him well in the NFL especially when he gets outside of the pocket.  My biggest concern is standing in the pocket, pressure in the face and not being able to set his feet will affect him more than others due to his height and arm strength.
