Seeing his former college WR teammates Chase and Jefferson ball out in the NFL, and seeing how he did without Rhule gave me some hope.

Give him a good QB and good coaching imo he's going to at least be a solid #2

Expecting him to be #1 might be bit much at this point but it's possible. I just need more evidence on the field.

QB and coaching could've been chaining him down badly maybe he's due for a breakout season.

The dude got double digit TDs on one of the most stacked teams in NCAA history 2 years in a row, he absolutely needs to show up and prove his 2nd round worth.

He’s got the ability, would LOVE to see it translate next year.

That being said, he could be a great flanker/Z quality. We need an X and slot in the house.

Would be nice if we could use Shenault as more than a gadget player, can he not play traditional WR?? 🤔

I think he can. That dude was a BEAST at Colorado. He had nothing at QB and the dude made circus catch after circus catch on traffic because the ball location sucked.

I honestly hope so. Our lack of urgency at WR hints that we either think a lot more of our current WRs then one would think or we think a lot more of this WT draft class than most draftniks do. Maybe both.

Or they just think the FA WR class is dogshit.

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
