Good trainers will keep his flexibility up with stretching and resistance work. I'm curious if this will put more power into his throws.

You're not missing much, quality, pricing and service not near what it used to be as with a lot of other things. Went there recently and ordered a bucket and two sides, 35 dollars. Kept my $, went back home.

Last time I was down in SC visiting my Mother, we were out running errands and she wanted to stop for some chicken from Bojangles. I park and she goes inside. She comes out 10 minutes later with no food. I ask what happened and she said no one ever came to the counter to help her so she just ended up leaving.

Bojangles is absolute greasy slop, a fuging embarrassment of a food chain, the last time I ate there was probably 3 years ago and even the damn dirty rice was greasy.  How the fug do you make rice greasy?

Yeah lived in Charlotte for most of my life and bo's used to be ok. Food's trash and the service blows.

He looks thicker than Stroud. To me Stroud was 6-3 but not that big. His frame was the same as Young. Now Young is a bit thicker.

They are wanting to phase out any type of bone in chicken entirely now.

You don't know how to make dirty rice or what's in it, huh? I agree it shouldn't be greasy though. Someone missing 1 small step in the process.
