This franchise is so broken. I have no idea where you even start with a rebuild for the next coach (yes already thinking about them).

We traded our first round pick in what will be a historically good draft.

Who are our young playmakers that a coach would find attractive in a rebuild?

Bryce - Someone elses pick for a QB who looks like being a backup might be his ceiling.

Horn - Literally made of sand and glass.

Burns - Disgruntled, probaly will be franchise tagged 

Brown - Good

Icky - Might be a guard by next year.

Mingo - With Fitts/franchise history, probably a bust.

With Tepper's money you get accustomed to getting whatever you want whenever you want it.  You can flex on any problem.  It must be infuriating to not be able to buy your way out of this mess.

Put someone else there calling the plays, running this show, and Bryce will look immediately different/better and we might even be competitive.

I can't wait for us to be 0-6 in 2 weeks, that may make Tepper mad enough to fire Frank and Fitterer immediately

I hope he's miserable he created this mess live with the results. Even we fire Reich and make Evero interim this season we are going to be lucky to find any decent up and coming offensive coordinator who would want to work in this environment. The only way we can change course is if he hires a consultant and allows real football people to fix this mess.
