This is why I can see it working. Greg is I think the most competitive player I've ever seen on the team. Maybe Smitty. But Greg DEMANDED the ball when the game was on the line. He is a guy who hates to lose more than he wants to win. I love the culture he would create in Carolina.

No chance. Greg can come come her and be the WR coach, or some other lower position, but not HC right out of the gate. He needs to work his way up into that position. If he can come here and do what Ricky Proehl did for us, then he can work his way up. Greg can start out as an offensive consultant or something to that effect.

Well I mean this current staff worked their way up and they suck so why not see what happens?

      It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.

      Dude he didnt play in pre season.....  he didnt practice at all with the team until the end of October.    I do agree though.

      Bryce had a hand in the Miami win but not nearly as large of one as Rico and he also had the extra burden of being a big reason we were in the hole in the first place. If we get a winning season he is definitely back for next year though.
