Keep the Staff As Is

At this point I would give this current coaching staff another season together. Things are looking better and it wouldn't be good for anyone to have an all new staff for the second season in a row. If they suck then bring in a new staff to pick a new qb in '25

This is why Sudafed is now behind the counter

As awful as it sounds, our goal for next season needs to just be mediocre. Seriously. Just learn to win. Be stable. Get some good players via the draft. Reward the talent on our team that play like they actually enjoy the game. Get solid position coaching. Bring fans back to the stadium.

If we continue an upward trend for this season, keep it intact for next season and see what we have. Nothing to lose. Don’t make the same mistake we did last season.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh idk. I mean.... if all hope is lost on getting your top 3 targets for HC... MAYBE. Not as a first option though.   Hopefully there's a new GM in charge when the decision is made cause if this is the route they decide to go the offensive side needs an overhaul.

I’m starting to think we should’ve just hired Jim Caldwell in the first place. He’s gotta be having a big hand in the offense looking better and guiding TB as a play caller. Things looked VASTLY different on Sunday. Keep the staff as is but make Caldwell the head man

    • We're definitely not going to get the benefit of the whistle anytime soon. Teams have certainly been getting more physical with us since that first Pistons loss. We responded with many upcoming wins by playing very physical basketball ourselves. That's what it's going to take. If it means some fouls along the way so be it but the team has to set the tone. But either way we need more offense closer to the rim. We're right there with GS for most 3PA. And the Warriors are also backing their way into a play in game. We shouldn't be wanting to emulate that.
    • Honestly this feels like a coaching problem. They have a certain "type" with "flaws" that they believe can be coached, the issue is mingo, XL, and others have not took to this "coaching". I thought the one group panthers would excel in would be WR, given Dave, brad, and Moore backgrounds( WR coach was a solid NFL WR). Just a wealth of WR coaching, but........ I also feel BYs confidence in XL is one of the main issue, its their relationship. I think BY trust the following- tremble, Tmac, Coker and that's all(maybe new Metchie) . There was a vid and XL and BY were repping together. I do feel if you put XL with about any of the top QB, you'd see some good numbers at times and you'd see a NFL WR.
    • It's cooled off because teams are coming out and pressing them and fouling them 35ft out, the backup Knicks are holding jerseys and getting away with it and that's been a repeating theme over the last few weeks.    Teams are coming out and applying pressure closer to halfcourt, playing tough physical defense, grabbing jerseys and the like to get them out of rhythm and it's been effective.
