Past…3 or 4 years years, right…failed since Tom left   Didn’t even prepare for Tom’s departure 

bad draft choices too but you know Tepper..,plus he’d bring O’Brien for his son Bryce

Just a theory: What if Belichick  comes in and keeps Evero on as DC, with the promise that Belichick is there for a transitioning period before handing the reigns over to Evero as HC?  Belichick would then move to a GM/President role with the team to focus on transactions and getting the players in.

Why not just hire Evero if your plan is for him to ultimately be the the HC?
