Look at the turnover in the higher up positions in Tepper Sports. It's insane. Just google executives quiting and you get a list. 7 figure salary quitting within 8 months. That proves he sucks as a human. Nobody wants to work, players taking less money to get out of Carolina.

 

This team will never have more than 5-6 wins with Tepper. NOBODY WANTS TO BE HERE WITH HIM
