Glad to see him show up today, especially in the second half. 
 

7 receptions on 7 targets for 62 yards and made some tough catches in crucial situations. I kind of wish he scored that TD in OT, would have capped an amazing performance.

Baller. Not sure what his role is going to be going forward but he looks like he's going to be a staple moving forward. Is that as a starter? #3? #4? No clue, but simply finding a multi-year roster player as a UDFA is an automatic win.

His catch percentage per catchable ball is off the charts.  He’s the first guy in a while at that spot that feels like a dude. Still can’t believe he went undrafted.

This isn’t a Colbert, Gettis, or whatnot, this kid could stick. Love his game.

Coming into this game he was something insane like #9 in the NFL for yards per target. 

He's legit, and imo he'll only get better with an offseason with Bryce. I don't know what his ceiling is, but it's really exciting that we have him and JT Sanders to grow with Bryce

Stud. Even with his injury going in to the draft,  how he went undrafted baffles me. 6’1. Solid routes. Decent speed. Gets open. Unreal hands especially in traffic. Undrafted. 

I see his ceiling being even higher than XL’s. He’s already the more polished WR. It’s so bazar seeing a Panthers rookie WR catching everything in sight. Thielen is going to make this dude in to a cheat code.

He's already playing like a veteran. He could climb the depth chart next year. Maybe challenge XL. Because one thing he's definitely got going for him is sure hands. And if we can work some trick plays into his repertoire, he's setting himself up to be a long time Panther.

Doesn't need to challenge XL for anything, he is already a better WR than him. XL is a better overall athlete with a higher ceiling, but he doesn't have it put together yet like Coker does.

Seeing how Bryce worked well together with Thielen from the beginning, Coker finding success in his rookie season makes sense. If you know what you're doing on the field and you have good hands, ball is coming your way and good things are going to happen. We really should be looking for those traits in receivers going forward.

Let me follow up on this -

32 catchable targets, 32 of those were catches. 100% 

Only 1 drop, on an uncatchable ball.  70% rec rate on 46 total targets.

The thing about him, so many WRs (for some reason) are divas and head cases.  Coker seems to have a very level head.  His dad is a Panther fan (Facebook) and I was interacting with him throughout the UDFA drama this past year.  I really pull for him.

Coker is our second best WR.
