In the past, I recall Huddlers arguing that character does not matter--it doesn't--in Madden.  But a team is a fragile ecosystem and all it takes is one bad egg--that is a bad example because one bad egg leaves 11 eggs, and that is how many you need--disregard my metaphor.

Have you seen the price of eggs lately? I buy them by the half dozen.

Mike Green, a standout football player from Marshall University, has faced allegations of sexual assault on two occasions. The first incident reportedly occurred during his high school years, and the second was during his time at the University of Virginia. Green has consistently denied any wrongdoing and stated that he was never charged or questioned by the police in either case

Massive red flag

From a small town could explain why he wasn't ever questioned, wouldn't be the first time a small town athlete got away with something.  Also from experience with something that happened to my daughter, police try to convince you to drop it.

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
