I really don’t want to take a weapon away from Bryce in a year where we have to know what we have by end of the year. Possibly 5 QBs will go in the top 10 this year. We need to give everything he needs this year to be successful so there isn’t an excuse to fall back on. Only way I would want to trade him even remotely is if it’s for a upgrade at FS.

Panthers need to know if he can run the offense without AT telling everyone where to go. Another season of BY and Thielen doesn't answer any questions for the Panthers.

If AT is telling people where to go that speaks volumes on the coordinator and position coach I would think.

Reportedly the Vikes want us to eat some of his contract.

Already not a fan, but with that as a condition, hell no! 😡

Dan has all the chips so not sure why the Vikings think we'd do them a solid here.

Plus he can always say "I got a 4th for Mingo, you gotta do better than that."

Hope you're well soon sir.

It's not happening.  We need all hands on deck to start the year.  Ya'all are caught up in hype from the Vikings who think they are going to better than the third place team in their division.

Let's go 4 deep all week with Tmac, XL, AT, and Coaker.  HR and JHJ are great depth pieces for when someone gets injured.

One of our DB's will have to play a little more special teams.  Nick Scott, earn a paycheck.

We need to focus on ILB and DB health.  No OL trades unless it is an upgrade.  Fill the PS out with developmental players and veterans to fill in for 4 game stretches.

    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
