I don't see why the media would ever need to know that kind of detail. I think it's reasonable to say that the players didn't follow the play as expected but no need to call one guy out for the wrong technique... And it's his job to get his players prepared.

If they had a good coach then the division wouldn't be close, especially with the Saints crawling out of the mess and already having a team Carolina can't beat. 

The Panthers are 1 game above .500 so maybe just be happy for this mediocrity vs the last 6 years and not build it into something it's clearly not?

And Bowles was always going to get fired. Im just surprised he came up with so many functional OCs for a defensive dinosaur HC.

I agree, I think he knows he’s gone

I also think Baker’s shoulder is pretty messed up. He kept it on one play and practically took a knee before getting hit. Healthy Baker would never. 

It was extremely frustrating watching them run all game long when it was pretty obvious they had to due to Baker’s shoulder

His plan to run the ball 30+ times lost them the game in my opinion unless Baker just can't throw the ball

If he’s fired, he might be our new DC. I always liked his defense in the past, a lot more aggressive than what we currently have. What’s everyones take on him as a potential DC for us?

Todd Bowles IS John Fox, essentially. You give him a talented team and he'll manage to not completely screw it up - and may even do well. But the moment his teams face any amount of adversity it all falls apart.

All of this noise is just setting us up to lose Week 18 and proclaim life's not fair. If there's one thing I know in my 30+ years of watching the Hornets and Panthers, is that the bad guy always wins in the end. A team can be falling apart internally but we will still lose to them. A team's fanbase can be extra shitty and cocky and they will just win anyway. It always happens

They did that with Lovie Smith for the next guy, I forget his name…. Dirk Koetter. Had to look him up lol. That worked out.
