Idzik is to Canales as Dalton is to Bryce. 

We aren't getting coaching upgrades unless someone over Dave forces it.

The man orchestrated an offense that scored 70 points led by a guy who is supposed to be Bryce Young's ceiling.

Maybe he isn't cut out to be a head coach but he is a quality offensive mind no doubt. He won't be looking for work long.

Especially when you are watching film and see that your scheming WRs open is working while simultaneously seeing your QB struggle to get it done.
