Yea I'm sure they won't be signing anyone that's not on a roster as of right now, but Gettleman has his list ready and is watching cuts like a hawk.  I'm 100% sure Gettleman bags the Panthers a solid receiver by Week 1.

Pretty much everybody that's available right now falls under the category of "used to be good".

Guys that will come available via cuts are generally "might be good".

And as has been said, trades equal two to four years of contract for a guy you probably really only need for one year.

It's possible they get someone else decent, but more likely they roll mostly with what we have.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a miracle.
