What Broncos Fans Are Saying

The funny thing about Bronco fans is they will be saying next week what Panther fans have been saying leading up to Super Bowl

"Peyton is done..."

"Cam cannot be stopped"

"Our defense can't stop a power running team"

Bronco fans are  delusional right now and late to the party.

The main thing all this "#1 offense vs #1 total defense" business is leaving out is that Seattle was also the #1 defense where it mattered: points allowed. Denver is not. Also like someone pointed out, Denver was much weaker on the other side of the ball two years ago. We are not.

We can play their receivers man up, Olsen will demand some extra attention. As far as Cam goes we need to keep a spy on him, make it one person's only job to follow him all over the field. Won't even talk about our offense, they wont do anything anyways. If we win it will be like 9-7.

This sounds really familiar.

Denver's run game is just non-existent at this point. With an aging Peyton having to run a one-dimensional offense, it just leaves them open to the possibility of to many mistakes happening against our opportunistic defense, especially if we get constant pressure on him. I just can't see this one being close. 27-13 Panthers.

Lets just cut through the bullshit and admit that ppg is what matters the most.    This is a game of the #1 offense vs the #4 defense.

Or if ya wanna look at the other side of the coin,  our D vs their O......        the #6 defense vs the 19th offense.

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup.
