NFL.com Predicts the Record of All 32 Teams. Insanity Ensues.

Adam Rank, of NFL.com, was tasked with predicting the records of all 32 NFL teams before the start of the new season.  As I'm sure many of you had already guessed, the Panthers were not predicted to go far.  Just watch this video and be stunned at the loses he gives us (without reason) and how he predicts our season to end.  The video is already cued up to begin at his Panthers prediction, but in case it isn't working, go to 57:04.  Enjoy.

He has us finishing at 8-8 and losing our last 4 games in a row.

I stopped watching when he said we would lose to Atlanta at home, then win at New Orleans.  While it could happen, predicting it is a reach.

8-8 isn’t that bad.  I was expecting a lot worse from when you first described it.

I mean don’t get me wrong 8-8 would be a massive disappointment and probably get Rivera fired (unless Cam was hurt), and I’m confident we are a playoff team.  But it’s not like he had us finishing like 4-12

Honestly, this guy has clearly not paid any attention to the Panthers under Rivera.  Last year aside, the Panthers have been really strong in December under Rivera.  And even with last year, you can chalk a lot of that crap up to Cam not being Cam.

this isn't even a real predicting, its just done to fill tv time. this dude is a fuging clown and i could be paid the same amount to just go hit buttons with no support. nothing about this is logical.

He picked us to beat the Saints at their place and lose to them in December at home . . . I mean . . .

This settles it...we are guaranteed to go 19-0.

Falcons at 11-5?!?!?! I don't think so lol. I stopped watching after that.

If we are 8-4 heading into the last four weeks of the season I see at least a 50-50 split so 10-6 sounds on the low end. I think 11-5 or 12-4 sounds likely. Our defense will be light years ahead of last year and the offense won't spudder this time. There is no way this is an 8-8 team. Homer aside, I think we win the division not finish third behind New Orleans and Atlanta.
