with how poorly the tests have went, i genuinely wont be suprised if a lulzsec type group messes with the broadcast for fun. bill's probably already paid some hackers like 10 bitcoin to give him info on who every team's drafting or looking at.

A DDoS attack at Goodell's ISP or the conferencing (Zoom, Hangouts, etc) service they are using is the first thing I thought about.

The only way "hackers" could affect the draft is to DOS the service being used and cause it to fail in order to delay the selections.

There's going to be a video element to this, so unless they're going to stage a whole teams war room, and their staff to an almost exact replication, no amount of "hacking" is going to damage the draft.
