Things get conservative quick. Why the refs fuged us before halftime, why would you call those plays? A deep int is the same as a punt. We dump off. Continuously. Can't view the whole field. So is it teddy or designed plays by brady?

In the second half of games Teddy doesn’t execute like he does in the first half. Heck, even today most people watching could see that while Teddy was completing like 12 passes in a row he only threw two on the money. The rest out receivers in weird spots and killed any chance they had of YAC. I think he’s hurt because he’s typically pinpoint accurate short.

As far as what kills drives, a QB needs to be aware of multiple reads. If a dump off of the first read it is a coordinator call. However, if the QB has time to throw then a dump off will almost never be the first read. Teddy is worried about the line and looking to get rid of everything quick even in situations where we require him to wait to try and find something deep.

Supposedly Brady wanted Teddy because Teddy fit what he wanted to do, but in practice I suspect Brady is limited somewhat by Teddy. No doubt though that Brady has plenty of room to improve.

Arrested Development Mistake GIF

Joe Brady every time he needs to push the ball more than 4 yards down the field.

Teddy is the limiting factor of the offense. Even with his good 1st half stats, most of the balls weren't well thrown and limited YAC opportunities. I understand why Brady is going to be a hot topic in the coaching carousel this year. With a better QB we'd have an elite offense.

I think most other teams realize that by Brady making Teddy look even remotely good, he has overachieved. Other teams will come calling.

    • I had everything saved on an old email address and my computer crashed and could not be revived.  I tried reviving it, then stumbled on one I was going to create several years ago...So I am using it instead.  My fault--did not keep the email and forgot password--
    • Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
    • I'd 10x rather play the NFC North than NFC West.
