A head case in Tampa and immature no doubt. He has a strong arm and talent, but is he disciplined enough and can be groomed to excel? It would suck for us if they turn him around to be a quality QB.

NO is finished.  They can’t do anything with their cap situation, it’s time to pay the bill for “win now” attitude
