Look inside former Panthers $3.2M house

What's he up to these days? You gotta think he almost has to sell it unless he's managed to have a profitable career post-football. Property tax alone has to be +$30,000 per year, not to mention several thousand per year in upkeep like heating and cooling the 9000 square feet. And that's even assuming he's actually paid it off, rather than still stuck with another $15,000 per month in mortgage payments. If not, you're talking over $200,000 per year just to keep living there. I don't care how smart he could've been with his money; that's hard to do for too long when you're living off savings alone. Really nice house though.

Built in 2019, for sale by 2021 why get it built then? Nice home, but man that's a lot of space for one family.

Dude was passing $200k in bad checks at a casino this summer and was arrested.  "Homies took advantage of me" was the defense.  If you have homies like that, I am sure they have scammed him out of a ton of money, even if this one wasn't his fault.  Gonna go out on a limb and guess his gambling and buddies have not been kind on the cash.

25 million career earnings

half goes to taxes and agent fees

12 million give or take net

25% of net worth just in that house with god knows what other indiscretion spending.

Safe to say this guy went to the Antoine Walker School of Business

    • Just like WR, you thin ignite and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.
    • Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.
    • I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
