It's not that folks actually believe this about Deshaun, it's that they seem to really want to believe it bc they value draft picks so much lol

Any chance people just want to wait and see if it’s legit or not?

Given today’s climate I can’t figure out why anyone would put everything at risk to get a massage. Going into a room with just the female where you strip down and she will be touching you. It can go sideways way to easily. I’m thinking a whole bunch of pro athletes are currently taking stock. My guess is more guys will start getting blamed real soon.

On this board folks were poo pooing the idea of trading for him at all before any of this mess even happened. Now those same folks immediately believe this is a deal breaker and more reason not to pursue Watson at all. They're aren't fooling anyone at this point

All of this sounds A LOT like how Jeffrey Epstein used to get down.....

Just sayin....

comparing horrific things never really works.  Epstien is a unique monster that should stand alone.

And some of them just don't want to see a Deshaun Watson get what he wants at the expense of an owner.

Don't know about Watson, but I do know good young athletes have a habit of thinking they're invincible, even at just the high school and college level. On top of that, heaven knows the elite ones are often given everything they desire and protected from there being any consequences to their actions.

Someone like that goes pro, gets their freedom and a few million dollars thrown into their bank account, and well...

Are you new to the 21st century?  Social media has lowed the average iq of this nation by 20 points.  I fear for the future of this world all together.

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
