Just looked for any news on this and didn't find anything yet so this just may be false news.

The Twitter page it comes from posts fake bullsh-t all the time.

I'm not sure why anybody takes stuff they tweet seriously.

He’s done

I think so too. With the money he should have in the bank I doubt he's going to be willing to play for what teams are willing to offer and that's why he's still unsigned. Maybe a rash of injuries will get someone to significantly change the number but I doubt it.

His problem is that the entire league has witnessed his last three seasons.  Any team would be happy to have him on a heavily incentive laden contract that starts somewhere around veteran minimum and no guarantees.  He doesn't seem interested in that sort of deal.  Honestly, he hasn't seemed all that interested in football for a while.

I wish it wasn't that way.  There was a time when he was nearly unblockable.

People only think of influences as positive for some reason.  I don't know that I want him following that particular example.

Its not the on the field influence im talking about. KK is a good character influence. His goose may be cooked physically but he was a captain.

I really dont see how he fits.  Last year we had 4 DTs on the roster during the season,  you would have to think it will be the same this year.  Right now we have Myles Adams, Derick Brown, Woodrow Hamilton, Bruce Hector, Phil Hoskins, PJ Johnson, DaQuan Jones, Daviyon Nixon, Mike Panisiuk, Bravion Roy.  That's 10 guys going for 4 spots. Is he better than 6 of them at this point? Derick Brown, Bravion Roy, and  Daviyon Nixon are probably shoe ins, that leaves 1 spot.  Not to mention we trying to get younger.

    • https://x.com/4thand1show/status/1975274357174784272?s=46   saw this this morning and came to post something similar. I didn’t just love the team or the wins, I loved those dudes man. They put everything they had out there every Sunday. You didn’t see a rep where anybody on that field was low effort in that era, and if you did they were quickly sent packing.
    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
