New QB spent time getting in sync with CMC, Arnold, and Zylstra to keep the drives going. That era ended after week 3. Now, you have a new QB having to find new targets to trust in the passing game when the receivers are covered.

Hubbard, Tremble, and Kirkwood are a major downgrade from CMC, Arnold, and Zylstra. Darnold is better off running when DJ and Robby are covered.

There was nothing wrong with the last two passes called. Sam just sucked. Too many people here just see a play end bad and don’t look at what happened.
