Only person I would consider firing after this season is our OC. You can maybe say Rhule seat would be heating up entering next season. But nobody is expecting the guy to be fired this off-season.

Nah, dead man walking. This season hasn't gotten anywhere near as embarrassing as it will get.

As much as most of the huddle want to see Brady gone. The oline issues alone make me want to give him another year.

Who would be his replacement? Would we change schemes? Would we promote within to keep continuity?

Disagree.  Brady is a problem.  We've repeated the same process again.

Last year, TB5 looked good for the first few games, then fell off the planet.  This year, Darnold looked good the first few games, then fell off the planet.

It's almost like as soon as teams get tape on our offense, we get found out.

Likewise our red zone offense.  Last year, ranked 28th at 50%.  This year, ranked 29th at 51%.

Sam Darnold is our quarterback.

I repeat- Sam Darnold is our quarterback

Fire Brady idc but there is a reason we suck and it falls on the shoulders of the OL and QB groups we went into the season with (thanks Rhule)

    • Remember when we had Cam Newton, Derek Anderson, and Joe Webb? Good times
    • Ridley Grieg was handed a 2-game suspension for his sucker punch on Sean Walker during the Ottawa series. First 2 regular season games for the 2026-2027 schedule.
    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup.
