The O-line is clearly a major issue, and that has to be considered. You have to play Cam the rest of the way. He needs to be given a chance to show what he has left. Today was a team effort in being trash in every phase of the game. Cam didn't look good. No one looked good. This team has to know if the offseason needs to be spent chasing a QB, or if they can spend every single draft pick on the Offensive line.

After the Bye, Cam will have been in this offense a good amount of time. He plays well, he's back until at least 2024. He doesn't and there's a very real chance that this team mortgages the future for a QB, and is still left with a weak O-line.

Cam was probably expecting Robby to cut in closer. Talk to me when you understand football. This wasn't hard to figure out.

Robbie was running away from the line of scrimmage toward the sideline. He would have had to stop and reverse direction to catch that pass. Talk to me when you get that taste out of your mouth.

I had barely watched a down of Panthers football this season before Cam got here and will go right back to it if he doesn’t

there’s nobody else on this lazy, apathetic team with it’s nepotism built coaching staff that I care to pull for

lol hey man I called it

Cam isn't done, just look at him last week and look at him in the preseason. The biggest difference was his pocket awareness and him setting his feet before throws, something that was coached to him well by Josh McDaniels in New England. Also something that he's quickly regressed from without the quality QB coaching like he had in New England.

get real, he contributed to this loss as much as the shitty coaching and rest of the team, fact you can’t admit that, the same way you yell supercam when Scott drags him in the end zone is pathetic, give credit where it’s due and take stan glasses off

people that thought this team was a plug and play qb playoff team while shitting on others and myself for telling you otherwise are truly idiots

    • I was reading through the thread seeing if someone would mention this. This is exactly what the Canes are doing and Tripp Tracy alluded to it on the Spittin Chiclets podcast when he said Taylor Hall was our Sam Bennett. The Canes and Panthers have always played identical with the main difference being Florida toes the line between physical and dirty. The Canes have stepped up the physical play this year and are inching closer to that line of physical and dirty. If I’m being honest, as a Montreal fan I wouldn’t love the fact that the Canes seem to be targeting Hutson but as a Canes fan I love it because this is what you have to do in the playoffs. Unfortunately for Montreal they aren’t an overly physical team outside of Anderson and Xhekaj; only the Avs, Stars, and Sabres average less hits per game than Canadians in the playoffs. The Canadians can still make this a series if they stop playing scared and turning the puck over simply because they are getting elite goaltending while the Canes are getting average goaltending but if the Habs continue to play with the yips and either Andersen steps up or Dobes regresses then this series could end in five.
    • I guessed Andy Reid too on that Price is Right. As if I had any idea….
    • Yet I bet you he still is able to pressure him. I guess it depends on your bottom line evaluation of what Bryce is. In my opinion he is low hanging fruit for anyone with even a D game.
