I don't see Fitterer going anywhere.  He had some questionable free agents but most of his draft picks were pretty solid.  You could almost point the finger at Rhule on the FA.

Which draft picks have been solid? Horn has been hurt, TMJ is invisible, Christensen sucks as a guard (Rhule won’t play him anywhere else unless he has to), Tremble shows promise but he’s the crown jewel so far, Chuba is nothing special, Nixon didn’t show much before he got hurt, Taylor was worth a 5th, our coaches think Dennis Daley and Michael Jordan are better than Deonte Brown, Shi Smith rarely plays, Rhule’s man crush Fletch will be forever remembered as the guy we took over Trey Smith and Big Snacc has shown potential.

Tremble has had some nice plays but none of these guys have had much of an impact.

Horn was a stud until he got hurt, TMJ is not being used properly, Christensen needs to be at LT, Tremble is doing well for a rookie, Hubbard with a good line will be better, Nixon is a rookie playing at one of the hardest positions to transition from college to pros and has shown promise.  Taylor same as Nixon, Brown should be in the lineup and given the opportunity to show his worth.  Smith has the tools.  Fletcher will replace JJ next year.

These picks are far and I mean BY FAR better top to bottom than any draft Hurney ever had.

You can nitpick but overall all of these picks have the potential to be contributors in the coming seasons.

Nah....I think this defense has gotten by more off talent than scheme. No disrespect to snow because i think he has been decent  but they will be tops in the league off talent alone next year even with a new coach who more than likely been running a more nfl oriented scheme.

Snow at least looks like a real football coach. He could be very good with a real head coach over him. Maybe get him the right guys up front to run his D without being run vulnerable.

I think Rhule would do anything to keep Snow with him, as stated he is Rhule's meal ticket.

    • Yeah I think he's just talking continuity it's not really an endorsement. Also I would think CarolinaHuddle of all places would understand using "we" for the team you follow. I can't STAND when dorks do the "Oh so you play for them then? Hurr hurr"
    • Kon is a damn stud but it’s not any individual player’s team. All of the “big 3” are incredibly and equally important IMO. And LaMelo makes Kon way better (look at his shooting splits with LaMelo on the floor vs without. Also Moose and even Miles are important cogs. Honestly think we’re 1 piece away from being legit top contenders if the young guys continue to develop the next year or two. I trust this FO to be patient to find that piece within the next 2-3 years and not force anything. Plenty of time and even without adding anyone we have the pieces in place overall already to compete with any team.
    • We lost 2 very close and winnable games against top teams in the league while missing 3 critical players despite 2 of our top 3 players shooting unusually terribly. Still split the 4 games that Moose and Miles were suspended, winning the most important one vs the Hawks. This ain’t yo mama’s Hornets man. Hopefully Coby can go soon but even if not Moose and Miles are huge additions for our starting lineup and bench rotations. Schedule is pretty tough after these next 4 but I think we’ll take care of business the next 4 to get to .500 then finish slightly above .500 after that to get a 7 or 8 seed. Keep it rolling boys. Also Kon is having an insanely historic rookie season as a shooter. Like truly can’t believe my eyes watching this kid level of historic. Man what a fuging home run of a draft pick and exactly what this team needed to take that next step forward. He’s gonna shatter the rookie 3 point and franchise 3 point records. Has a real chance to be the 2nd best 3 point shooter ever or dare I say even get to Curry’s level (as a pure shooter, Curry obviously has way more to his game that has made him a GOAT).
