Let’s goo!!

I keep hearing people bring up the year three point of view, Ian Rapsheet especially, and I find it interesting. How’s he going to build a better roster with 3 picks in the top 100? How’s he going to build something with what, the 19th highest cap space?

That same cap space will probably be used to retain a few players on this losing team, so how will that help? Who will he sign with the little cap space they have left in FA? Who would want to come here? Will he bring in outside help to be his OC or other assistants? I find it hard to believe he will move on from Nixon. The only logical move is to fire him, if Tepper doesn’t, we should all seriously consider him to have no clue what he is doing. (Some of us have already considered that)

In college by year 3 you have players that have been there for 3 years.
That is no guarantee in the NFL. Teams are fluid and constant changing season to season.
Rhules process works in college. It won’t work in the NFL.

I know we weren't happy with Rivera at the end, but I don't remember this level of vitriol towards him. This is just getting downright bad.

With Rivera, the feeling was "he's never going to be good enough to win a superbowl"

With Rhule,  it's "wow, this dude is grossly incompetent,  he's never going to be good enough to win a meaningful game"

Maybe its because RR had some success at a point in his coaching career.  I attribute that to him getting Cam Newton and him being the complete yin to his yang conservative crap coaching style....also getting one of the best middle linebackers of all time who basically was like a secondary coach on the field doesn't hurt either.  Not only that, RR seemed to have way more respect from players because he was a player himself for many years.  Rhule is essentially the drunk uncle you can't stand to be around on holidays who is always right under any and all circumstances.

Rhule would go 7-10 with prime Luke and Cam.

    • There are many unfortunate truths about this franchise. None of them change the fact that Bryce Young has basically no physical tools. Brother you are being a simp. Nobody is blaming Bryce for literally everything. We're saying trying to build a successful NFL offense around his glaring deficiencies is not feasible and that was the catastrophic mistake we made in selecting him. It is what it is. Here is the video. Bryce Young doesn't make this throw. He wouldn't even be able to see the field let alone make use of a jag like Ian Thomas. Vikings vs. Panthers Week 6 Highlights _ NFL 2021.mp4
    • What Duke Cal game were you all watching?
    • No it isn’t, I can’t even recall that pass with out having to look it up on YouTube. But ultimately the point is the overall organization , coaching and roster were the main reasons for his failure here. Did Darnold also make terrible decisions and throws? Yes Baker was even worse and he had one of the strongest arms in the NFL. You want to blame Bryce for everything and ignore all the other terrible decisions
