Well, we have a RB who has only played in 10 of the last 33 games.   That might be setting the expectation high

We have more than one RB.  Our depth is good and any of our top 3 can run through 5 foot wide holes

Sam hasn't earned the right to be declared the day 1 starter. It should be an open competition from the start and the best QB should play. This will be the first time darnold has faced any real competition from a backup and it'll be interesting how he responds. Because you can bet that Corral is gonna come in and compete.

Darnold? .. nah

A third round rookie QB from a feeble QB class? .. definitely nah

Baker Mayfield? Jimmy G? .. nah

You're really fooling yourself if you think the answer is anyone but Cam

Yes, because defensive lines were teeing off on our QB's - put Sam out for that, not Cam - and losing was ideal anyway, which Darnold gave you the best chance to lose ..

So don't give me the RhUlE hAtEs CaM narrative because he kept Cam from getting killed further behind trash protection in garbage time of the season games

Alright.... Once again you've gotten tiresome. Bye again.

His job isn't in jeopardy.

and Sam is a very good QB.  I mean, Tepper said so.   We probably should be raging about why we wasted assets on Corral given that.

They have hidden Rhule all off-season.   His power has been clearly downgraded based on appearances.  He didn’t win a single game at BOA past the month of Sept and was loudly booed at home last year….and nationally Rhule was viewed as a dope.

if Rhule isn’t on the hot seat then hot seats don’t exist

    • Idk man, I think it’s necessary.  There’s people working 9-5s everyday that get told poo about what they aren’t and what they’re not capable of and they’re working for scraps.  These guys are making millions.  People are watching and invested because their team and fandom is a part of their identity and a big source of pride.  When someone like Bryce comes in and is given chance after chance after chance after proving he is not worthy of the position he’s being gifted, and he continues to be the biggest reason above any that we are losing, yeah…  I think it’s fair to call a spade a spade.  Am I saying Bryce the person is trash?  Bryce the person is a piece of poo?  Absolutely not.     I came up in an era, especially in basketball, where if you were fuging up people heckled the poo out of you.  I played in rec leagues as a teen where the fuging parents were calling kids trash and yelling poo like “TURNOVER!!!  TURNOVER!!!”  “CANT DRIBBLE!”  “CANT SHOOT!”  And that’s adults screaming that poo to kids like we were in the fuging Rucker lol.🤣🤣🤣  I went on to play basketball at a collegiate level and with professional players in different settings.  What those experiences as a kid taught me was to see if there is any merit to what people are saying, and if there is, then work my ass off til they can’t say that anymore.  Come back better, tougher, harder.  And I did.  If kids can figure that poo out, an adult calling another adult who is bad at his job while making millions and millions of dollars will be just fine.
    • I have tried to like this team, lord knows I have tried. BY9 is a nice young man, if I had a daughter he can take her to prom, but he ain't QB1 and he's not Cam or Delhomme Chuba is a average RB, he isn't Stephen Davis, he isn't J-Stew McMillan has the makings of a good WR, but he isn't 89/Moose D. Brown is a great player, but if the game was on the line I want Kris Jenkins       I miss this brand of football, even in the bad Jake games the games were entertaining It has been nearly 8 years now of watching numb football
    • I'm not so sure. Something about the whole Frank/Bryce situation seemed off from day 1. Bryce didn't fit Frank's QB mold as well as Stroud, then he basically gives up when Bryce is named starter in preseason but gets virtually no reps in games. Then he looks completely unprepared and Dalton steps in in Seattle, has a decent game under immense pressure, and it's right back to Bryce. All his mechanics are terrible and he's having the worst rookie season ever and Frank doesn't bench him?  You dont have to be a conspiracy theorist to know Bryce wasn't ready to be a day 1 starter. Everything with Bryce, then coaches, and the FO seemed forced.
