Tepper reevaluating team partnerships?

I got a very extensive survey emailed to me by the team about an hour ago, and after the boilerplate "rate your satisfaction with the team's outlook" bits it jumped very deeply into gauging how opinions about and associations between the panthers and their current sponsorships, most notably BOA.

The framing of the BOA questions made me think they're debating a change (maybe to Truist or Wells Fargo?) and that could be on the table for less important areas too (home improvement and HVAC parternships were the other ones being interrogated.)

They wisely presented no essay space to complain about Matt Rhule.

Lowes and BOA have always made sense considering their local roots… taking that away would be yet another example of Tepper wanting to establish a new legacy and rid the organization of any past relationships.

Something tells me when it's all said and done, it's just about money. A new partner with more money. Just making sure it doesn't piss off too many people

I mean, the Staples Center is now Crypto.com Arena.   Think that was close to a billion dollar deal. 

David Tepper would likely name us the Adult Depends Diaper Stadium if the deal netted him some cash.

Meh, business is business. It will have name changes over the decades. It will have many new sponsors. BOA will be juuuust fine lol.

I think it's a stretch to say that they would cut ties with BoA, being the "mega corp" in the QC. But times and relationships change.

I agree. Tepper tried to murder the ghost of Sam Mills by discontinuing the Keep Pounding chant in the stadium, later saying they wanted it to be an “organic” chant but let’s be real how is there going to be an organic chant amongst 70k people in a stadium unless they’re saying “Fire Rhule”

Whatever name is in front of our stadium barely registers on my list of franchise priorities that concern me.  I don't think the Ericsson -> BOA switch affected my life in any way.

Tepper is the long term owner for better or worse. We're better off rooting for his success than some wild fantasy about him selling.
