Yeah I have never felt so lethargic about a team I follow before. You are definitely right that there are no players to pull for. 
I don’t really care about Chin, Jackson, Horn, Burns or Moore. I barely care about CMC. This team has no hero characters on the team. Just a bunch of random generic players.

You are not giving him enough credit.  That is pretty good........if you are a MLB hitter.  If you look at that winning percentage and turn your head on about a 30-degree angle, and take a deep breath, you'll get an entirely different perspective.  You'll accept that you can't possibly understand the unmistakable wisdom of The Process, and it is working.  You just can't see it.  And you likely never will.

      I'm right there with you, brother. I've been a Panther fan since the day the team was awarded to the Carolinas.  We've had some good years, a couple of great years, as well as some low periods and no consecutive winning seasons. But I never thought I'd see such a period as we have over the past several years.   It has gotten to the point of being rather apathetic in watching them. In fact, I told my wife before the Miami game I was watching just to see what new and creative way they lose another game.And early on, it looked like they would. But damned if Miami wasn't more creative than the Panthers.   I'm now older than my Dad when he died (he was 65) and, like you, I've wondered if I'll ever see them have another winning season. I'd sure like to think I will.

      again, I am not his employer, I dont follow his stuff or read any of it including social media, but he has been employed long enough where someone thinks he is doing a good job, not disagreeing he isnt an moron but I am not calling for anyones job for being a moron when it really doesnt affect me
