1. Tepper really likes Wilks and he will have a strong shot at being the head coach this year if he shows adequate progress and gains respect of his players. 

2. Fitterer will likely be replaced as the GM. Lack of commitment or even anything positive to say about utilization of limited resources (draft picks and cap space) tells me he’s likely gone. 

3. Tepper really wants a QB, he just can’t admit to tanking for one

4. Tepper pointing to Charlotte FC as an example of a winning culture and fanbase was really interesting. 

5. He looked embarrassed on the podium, admitted to making mistakes and that he didn’t really know what he was doing as a rookie owner. That’s a positive

Yeah he seemed embarrassed and pretty defensive. But I hope that fuels him to make better decisions going forward rather than trying to do things his own way.

He looked miserable and was testy.  

He 1st said that if Wilks does an "incredible job" he would be considered.  The best thing I got out of it is that he said he would use consultants.

Fitt dug his own hole, but he got the players the coach wanted, its not Fitts fault that Rhule had zero idea on what kind of team he wanted.  Coach establishes the identity of the team not the GM.  Fitt didnt hire rhule, he shouldnt go down with that ship

We half assed it before with Hurney, fug that, unless we win out or damn near close to it, all of them need to go.

I read it as Fitt is staying and that there will be a balance between Fitt and the new coach when it comes to personnel.

Yeah he was humbled for sure and its quite obvious he's not exactly Mr People person. He then defended himself talking about soccer and like concerts or w/e. He seems to have some personal beef with a media member or two. I mean I would too, not that they did anything wrong in this presser they just have always been garbage and one good presser from them doesn't change that.

I loved hearing him clarify what "getting over the hump" is.  "Winning" 

He is just embarrassed.  Can't get rid of an owner and it's clear he wants to win.  Hope he picks a good HC/GM situation for 2023.

Sure there's certainly legal reasons, but I find it interesting that Tepper sidestepped the Rock Hill question.
