Famously, years ago when Fox became HC he told the team they were not tough enough.  Wilks came in, did not say it, but is showing the team that they were not being coached tough enough.  It is amazing how quickly he has transformed the team.  The team is responding and getting better every week.  Each week they are also showing Tepper what a big mistake he made with what's his name.

I will never cheer for my team to lose. Especially when there’s a chance for the playoffs. That’s such a weird thing to say considering how the season started. It really gives me 2014 vibes.

It was obvious players and coaches were not being held accountable under Rhule. There was no improvement in his time as coach. Magically he’s gone and the team shows improvement? Wild concepts here.
