I mean she's an owner of the team too. Of course she'll sit in on the interviews and I'm sure Dave will ask her opinion. It's not like Dave has any hard football credentials that makes him more qualified than her to know what makes a good head coach? This is a nothing burger of a story.

If my wife is any indication, women can REALLY analyze people. Maybe she had a weird hunch about Rhule but Tepper was enamored by those meatballs.

Doesn't sound as if she is the final decision maker. Does not hurt anything if she sits in and listens. One more opinion to throw in there. It is not that big a deal but unfortunately some of our huddle self credited biggest geniuses have a problem with it. I'm guessing these same geniuses analyze each turd in the bowel before wiping their very large flabby furry butts as well.
