I’d give CJ bonus points for skipping the Manning self-love fest. Bunch of punks who forced their way out of SD and into NY. That’s a much bigger issues than not going to their camp.

Yeah and watching them turn the camp into that horrible Passing academy infomercial that was on ESPN the other week. I'd tell them to fug off too.

I want Young, but this character assassination on CJ Stroud is an absolute joke. I almost want to pick him now out of spite. I think he's got just as much of a chance to be a home run as BY.

Yeah if he drops over this poo man is he going to have a chip on his shoulder. It will be like Rodgers when he dropped.

I just wanted to get this out there one more time. I think it's that important.

Yeah it's definitely a positive.  He wanted to work with his teammates and get better instead of the big PR stunt of the Manning Academy.  I like that in a QB.

This happens often / many drafts and it's just gross. Someone is trying to cause him to drop to increase their chance of landing him... Just really shitty.

Well, they're actually trying to increase their chance of landing him without paying the price of draft picks...so he is paying the price instead. It's actually a pretty disgusting display of how teams overvalue draft capital too.

Reminds me of the fact that in modern economic philosophy, a "good" economy actually requires a certain number of people to be out of work...like there is such a thing as too much employment, so some people's livelihoods have to be sacrificed for the economy to "work".

Sorry if that edged towards Tinderbox territory.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
