Boobie?

https://www.metroleague.org/why-is-miles-sanders-nickname-boobie/#:~:text=Miles Sanders is a college,Miles portrayed by Derek Luke.

"Miles Sanders is a college football player who has a unique nickname that is based off of a character from the movie Friday Night Lights. His nickname, Boobie, is derived from the character Boobie Miles portrayed by Derek Luke.

"Not only does he share a similar name to the character, but his friends also think he looks like Derek Luke. Sanders has embraced this nickname and has even gone as far as to have his mom call him Boobie."

Chuba has been beast mode… the guy put on 25 pounds of muscle in the off-season and has been one of our better pass protecting backs this training camp.

Damn didn't realize he put on that kind of weight.  He looked good running the ball with Foreman under Wilks.  His hands still need some work though...

This sounds like 🧢 (cap). Not trying to start nothing but damn.. 25 pounds in the off-season? Have you seen any pics of him this off-season that shows that?

That would be more than Christians weight gain for year 1 to Year 2 which was almost night and day. I’d be interesting in seeing how he looks if you’ve run into anything you can easily track down. If not, no worries.

Was a lot of fun watching Duce coach Chuba up in pass pro during camp confidential. Loved seeing how fired up Chuba got after a good rep vs. Luvu (or was it Shaq?).

    • For example your data starts with Brady winning. Before that dynasty it was more wide open with different teams winning different ways. I don’t think that what they accomplished would be considered any sort of norm for the league (although the Chiefs might be proving me wrong currently).  I get what you are saying though. Teams just have to be looking for ways to win outside of finding the next Brady or Mahomes, because that’s just not realistic. That’s like counting on winning the lottery as part of your retirement plans. I would focus more on the other teams that have won and how they accomplished it. Most of those were solid, balanced rosters. One could argue the Patriots had a nice defense helping out Brady keeping games close for him to do his clutch drives. Similar to the Chiefs playoff run. Their defense isn’t getting enough credit either because it was tough in the playoffs.
    • If you have $100k in the bank and you live in a paid for home you can probably make it quite awhile relatively comfortably with SS supplementation as long as you're not being extravagant. Then you hit the first big medical expense and now you're in a financial tailspin.
