Again, this is why you don't make premature conclusions about guys. You must give them time to learn and make some strides. I think that he'll prove that he's worth that second rounder eventually; it just won't happen overnight.

I'm still convinced he'll end up on the Bengals before the trade deadline is up, pairing him back up with Burrow/Chase to see if they can help unlock his potential makes too much sense.

He redeemed himself. For a rookie that's what you want to see. It's okay to have some ups and downs but respond in those pressure situations and don't shrink in the moment.

I’m still a “yeah, but” with him because that drop was just fugging atrocious and was a beautiful throw for a third down conversion at a time when we were struggling to generate offense. Seeing the Texans no name receivers make catches directly after that just made me want to puke.

Watch him off ball. Kid plays hard every down.  Rookie WRs often start slow. Looks like a solid 2 to me.
