No way O’Connell gets fired lol. They won like 13 games last year and a shot to make the playoffs with no cousins this year.   Also Staley is definitely gone unless they at least when one playoff game

Why did Tepper think Reich could flip a switch and go from being a loser to an instant  winning coach?

I’m not so sure anymore.  He should have been axed after the Bears game.  The long week is the best time to do it too.
 

Im starting to get the feeling Tepper might give Reich the rest of the year to get the team playing better.
