Related: Is this the guy from UNC?

Yeah, he had nearly 1000 yards from scrimmage as a rookie. His usage went down last year then he's hardly been used at all this year. I thought he was probably a rotational/3rd down back type of guy in the NFL.

His lack of use has kinda been baffling since the guy they're starting has had two good games but otherwise been atrocious and their #2 is barely averaging 3 YPC.

The Deonte Brown experiment is now officially over.  Another Rhule pick outta here.  Dude has been on the practice squad for like 3 years now.  If you can't crack this O-line, not even sniff the 53, then you pretty much stink.  We are signing warm bodies off the street and ol' buddy was getting routinely passed over on the practice squad.

"Bank of American announces Panther fans contest"

Bank of American PR department has teamed up with the Carolina Panthers to conduct a contest at the BofA stadium this Weds 11-15 at 9am. Anyone over 295lbs is eligible to show up and hit a genuine Panther team  blocking sled.......the person who can move it the most distance in a set time period will be selected to a final group of contestants to participate in a "sled off" with the winning contestant starting with the Panther offensive line unit this coming week when they face the Dallas Cowboys Sunday afternoon 11-19 at BoA stadium.

Panther's front office could not be reached for a comment but word is all contestants will receive a steak and ketchup dinner after the contest concludes.

During some of the bad seasons recently for 1 of our South rivals, there was always talk about having a seat # lottery that the winning fan, if they actually showed up to the game, would get to call a play from the sideline since things were so bad.

I picked the wrong time to start Ozempic. I only weigh 218lbs. I'm 6'01.

Bro how tf do you go from starter to being cut. How tf are you playing over 2 others if you’re cut worthy? I hate this team

He might have become a problem in the locker room. Lots of things go on behind the scenes.

    • Unfortunately you just can't get through to some of these folks. The most successful season in Panthers history our #1 WR was Ted Ginn Jr who had just as many bone headed drops as he did highlight touchdowns. We already have the highest paid OL in the league two years running. We need a balanced roster more than anything else clearly.
    • https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2026/04/06/nfl-draft-trade-rumors-panthers-chargers-quentin-johnston/89484524007/?link_source=ta_first_comment&taid=69d47a425bd91b00016ecfb1&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=facebook Saw this hypothetical trade down scenario on Panthers wire where they had us dropping from 19 to 22 trade with the chargers which also knitted us the addition of Quinton Johnston personally I would take this deal because the players available at 22 and 19 are largely the same you could pick up maybe a tackle or even one of those defensive tackles that we liked like banks.  Grabbing a wide receiver who could probably replace legate and be a deep ball threat would be just what the doctor ordered in my opinion Yes he's kind of a reclamation project similar to legette but I think he's shown he can play and has more big game moments than legette. I think it would be like getting two for the price of one really allowing us to feel more holes getting a wide receiver and another spot filled for nothing but two or three draft spots.
    • I saw a mock draft where Monroe Freeling falls to the Panthers at 19 and if that happens they'd better rush their card to the podium.
