I don’t work for free.  I don’t work for self actualization

i work for money

so, who are you hiring

perform, and Tepper will reward.  Don’t perform and you are gone. That is the way of Fortune 500…for better or worse

he was extremely patient with Rhule.  I applaud him for pulling the plug  on Reich if he does.   Why continue this mediocre show. He made a mistake. Correct it.  Go on

You can't count on being rewarded for performing when your boss interferes in your ability to perform.

The NFL isn't like a standard work environment, but even in those, someone who has a chance to make good money while not working for a sh-tty boss will take that over the alternative.

It's also true that NFL coaches tend to be control freaks. Having a boss who interferes is a huge turnoff.

Depends on if you ever plan on coaching again. If it's your last payday, taking a bigger paycheck could make sense if you don't really care about your legacy.

If you're a young guy looking for your first opportunity, going to an environment like ours could ruin your future chances.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
