Rebuild to ... what? We've never had back to back winning seasons lol. Playoffs? We can sneak in whenever thanks to the NFC South. Super Bowl? We won't get back there for at least 15-20 years.

Roster wise, a lot of folks think only the offense needs work.

It doesn’t take long to rebuild in the NFL if you are good and lucky….

you can be the worst team in the NFL and in the postseason 2 years.  BUT it’s largely still QB centric.   We are in a QB pickle so to speak.  We got no first and dumped a bunch into Bryce.  So, he gets another year.   Which at this point looks pretty pointless.

You can say it’ll take “x” years to rebuild.

In reality it’ll take “x” years of getting it right to rebuild.  Every mistake going forward will compound like interest adding years on the back end.

This doesn’t have to end.  It can and most likely will be chronic.

2 years if they tear the entire thing down including Bryce. Get some real football minds in the building and David and Nicole Tepper concentrate only on the marketing and financial aspects of the franchise.

If these two move back to FL, write checks and only show up in the box on Sundays then MAYBE 2-3 years IF we get the right football leadership
