This would be the worst time to change uniforms because demand for Panthers gear is low because we suck.  Business wise, it would be smarter to wait until after we have at least one good season that makes fans happy and excited for the future.  That is when they will be more likely to buy the new jerseys you are selling.

I worry that the Tepper's will allow some level of butchery like this to be done to the Panthers uniforms.

All the more important that Dan Morgan is a success here. He and Steve Smith Sr are probably the only individuals close to the team that would tell it like it is on potential redesigns.
