Does anyone know the young guy sitting at the table with Dan and Dave?? It's in the beginning parts and they are at Indy. Best I know he's not a coach.

Big focus on the front 7 and they really like Wharton

They've kicked the fluff up a few notches for this one. But it's difficult not to buy in. Morgan and especially Canales are organizational figures that bring stability and respect. And they seem to be a really good match. But that doesn't guarantee everything will come together. If the team culture takes a few steps forward that will make a huge difference. But at the end of the day the offense and our 2023 first overall pick have to lead the way.

Like every season we won't know anything until the live fire starts. However, I am impressed with the high level of optimism from everyone in the organization. Canales was even mentioning making the playoffs. Wow.

Even if it's fluffed up, this team needs some confidence and optimism. I mean, look what happened to Bryce once he got his confidence back, he balled out. Sometimes if you just feel great about yourself, you'll play great.

He needs to help produce success in order to capitalize on the partnership to get a promotion
