He could definitely put our highest paid cornerback on the best receiver in the NFL this season.  That would be a good start.

Run blitz and always having someone in Darnold's face is the plan. They know Darnold doesn't want to move up in the pocket and run the middle like Baker does. Darnold panic and guess the run lane is the Panthers defensive game plan.

No amount of talent is going to overcome playing 10 to 15 yards off the ball

Scoreboard is what matters.  The defense has done their job from that standpoint more often that not.
