I've been a pretty huge Cam Homer and still believe. However, I said it all year. If Cam doesn't light it up, we either trade him or sit him next season if Grier emerges next summer and release Cam after his contract.

Yea... that’s no rust.  I think Cam is done.  He’s playing one of the worst Ds in the NFL.  This game was a true test and sadly he’s failing.

Even if Newton is declining, I could never hold it against him.  He’s been amazing for us throughout his career, he deserved a better offense sooner.

Yep.  Troy acted like he didn’t know why Cam double clutched that one pass and then incompleted it out of desperation to CMC...Buc defender was jumping the route.  Cam at least saw it.

He doesn’t appear to be a threat with his legs anymore, either by choice or by design.  That was a huge reason he was so hard to defend.  That run against the Redskins several years ago where he ran for like 15 seconds and juked 6 guys in the open field... man... I miss that Cam.

Based on the evidence so far, he’s not lying.  I hope Cam comes out in the second aid and throws for 200 and runs for 80. But as of now he just doesn’t seem like the Cam we know.

So true. The org failed him. They thought he would be around forever. No urgency. The team really lucked into 2015 in many ways.

His arm strength is there. Dude has barely played in almost a year. His touch and timing is just off right now and that should have been expected. Everyone is making the Cam thing into something it isn't
