If Bill Belichick thinks a guy is a franchise QB and Matt rhule and Scott Fitterer think that same guy isn’t one then there’s a much bigger concern facing the Carolina Panthers as an organization

Yes, the same Belichick that let Tom Brady go to Tampa and win them a SB. While taking our castoffs.

Anyone follow Detroit well enough to read just how much/little they will consider trading out?

They really have the trade sales edge pre draft compared to us. Which is why we are “laying the groundwork” rather than “pulling the trigger”.  It will be great TV tomorrow night.

No but I will say Detroit needs help pretty much everywhere. The roster needs a total rebuild so I imagine if offered multiple picks for #7 they would be eager to play ball

They only have 6 picks so unless El Pene Sewell is there at 7 they WILL trade out

Oh you mean the season where Bill took a last minute Covid Cam, no offensive weapons, and an opted out defense and won more games than Carolina?

Cam Newton would have won 7 games for the Panthers last year easily

Panthers give Patriots 8 overall

in return they get #15, a 2, and a 4

The post draft presser centers around “obtaining a franchise QB” for “really no cost at all” and “the analytical data really supports”

Fields wins OROY

Dropped from 8 to 15 and only getting a 2nd and 4th? Ew no

- If Panthers trade with Eagles at 12 the team would be interested in CB Jaycee Horn, LT Slater or LB Micah Parsons

- If Panthers trade with Patriots at 15 the team would be targeting LT Christian Darrisaw or Caleb Farley

Hell no to Farley....for all we know the guy may have a couple years in him till his body completely breaks down. Darrisaw will gone by the time we pick there will be like 3 teams in front of us who need O line help. Its to risky. 12 is the farthest i would go.
