Draft Day 3 General Discussion

Dude, that would be a wonderful finish. I wasn’t on board with all the trade downs (mainly the last one because I liked Meinerz and Brown), but if we snipe Smith here the draft will have fallen perfectly.

If there was a year to trade down a lot, it was this year with how many people opted out because of covid. I think there are a lot of unknowns and its better to have more picks to see if you can find a diamond in the rough

Roy and Nixon play different positions.

I just meant if they go with only 4 DTs. Brown/Jones/Fox/Nixon seems like there the top 4 with a mix of run stuffer/pass rush.

If Trey gets grab in 5th round, boy oh boy Sam has no excuses, they've gone out their way to make a way for him. Pick 158

Then pick up Nasirildeen. Pick 166

Best case scenario.

Or whoever this guy is we took from Washington.

Despite some of the tools in here, the only concern people had with trading down was potentially passing on some solid talent. We won’t know how it turns out but hopefully Rhule’s tired look was because we went above and beyond other teams. I mean I doubt Marty was pulling all nighters for WFT since he was clearly getting a meatball sub instead of watching Little at the combine. Based on the Howie Roseman video the Eagles certainly weren’t on the same page.
